WORLD STOCK EXCHANGE MARKET-THE WAY FORWARD

Recently, the negative trend of the world stock exchange market has become a worrying issue to every business minded person, For the past six months the markets have been on the down trend and this have had effect on both the world major markets and the emerging markets.

Many portfolio managers are finding it very difficult and a lot of individual investors have burnt their fingers many times in investments that looked very promising at first but after a month or two one begins to wonder what went wrong, truth is that, no matter how good or promising a stock looks, it still have to follow the market trend at every giving time.

Market analysts and speculators all over the world have continued to give hope to investors by speculating that the market will bounce back, these speculations have been going on over the months, and investors have acted on these speculations but discovers painfully that as each month passes, this negative trend seems to persist.

Many people that are new in the stock market, a lot of whom jumped into the market as a result of recent testimonies and publicity that the stock markets have enjoyed in recent times have quickly jumped out of the wagon after counting various loses.

The big question is, is there hope for investors? Will the market ever bounce back? Or should people begin to look else where for investment windows or even return to the traditional method of saving their money in the banks as many already seem to have started doing,?

My advice is; keep cool, stop investing on the bases of hear say, look before you leap, make your analysis very well putting into consideration PE ratio, EPS etc and more importantly consider the company management before you invest in the shares of any company,

The good news is that there are no major crises or threat to the world economy other than little ups and downs in the economies of few developed countries which have already started to normalize.

Remember stock trading is a game of the strong minded not the weak ones; it’s a game of the bulls not the bears.

The negative trend will definitely not last for ever. Hold on a little longer, and you will definitely reap the reward of your perseverance.

You may choose to pull out now and enter again when the market picks up, that is a good idea only if you have another sure venture to invest in, that you are certain will yield good returns. If not stay put invest wisely and be a part of the bullish run around the corner
